RETURN POLICY
IN THE EVENT THAT YOU ARE NOT ENTIRELY SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE, WE OFFER A REFUND FOR YOUR ORDER.
It is important to note, however, that this policy does not apply to items that are on memo or those that are special and/or custom orders.
To initiate a return, the item must be sent back in its original box with all original accessories included. For jewelry, it is mandatory that the tags are still attached as they were upon arrival.
In terms of fees, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, while international customers will be charged duties or value-added taxes as applicable.
The return should be made within seven days from the date you received the product.
Upon receipt of the returned item, a credit will be issued, minus the cost of the original shipping and insurance fees. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used to make the purchase. Please note that we cannot refund cash for a purchase made with a credit card. A 15% restocking fee may apply solely at our discretion.
WATCHES
Watches must be returned in their original condition, with all protective plastics, tape, and hang tags intact, and with all accessories, including boxes and papers. Please avoid wearing the watch until you are sure you will be keeping it, as even wearing it for a day could cause blemishes or scratches that may void the return policy. Kindly refrain from having the bracelet sized (links removed) or any straps cut. Please be aware that some watches are on memo and do not carry a return policy, and that special and/or custom orders also do not carry a return policy.
JEWELRY
All jewelry must be returned in its original condition, with all original included items, such as boxes and papers, and with tags still attached. If rings, bracelets, or necklaces have been resized, this voids the return policy.
SPECIAL ORDERS
We are pleased to offer assistance in obtaining special order items that may not be in our current inventory. However, due to their specialized nature, special order items are not subject to the standard return policy. This primarily applies to Watches and Brand Name jewelry that are not in stock and must be ordered.
